1. Do you have a physical store?
We don’t have a physical store, but we hold a valid business registration certificate (BR) and operate officially via our website. With no rent or overhead costs for a shop, our prices are very competitive and great value for money. Physical stores do have their own perks though, so you can choose based on your preference.
2. What are your craftsmen’s qualifications and standards?
All our gold smiths have over 20 years of experience in fine jewelry making and have worked with us for years. They specialize in high-end bespoke pieces. We use standard or even extra gold to make solid, well-weighted gold jewelry, no cutting corners at all. We won’t add any surface coating or color treatment to colored diamonds and gemstones unless you request it. All rings, bracelets and necklaces are custom-fitted to your size, with fair pricing and no fixed charges for different sizes.
3. How can I check my ring size without a physical store?
Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send you a free ring sizer by SF Express if needed (pay on delivery), so you can measure your size easily at home.
4. What’s the quality of your lab-grown diamonds and jewelry materials?
Our lab-grown diamonds are all DE VVS/VS grade, personally hand-picked under magnification. We mainly offer high-quality colorless lab-grown diamonds (no post growth treatment) directly from our own advanced factory. Most are DEF color, VS1 clarity and above. We only provide G color or SI grade stones if you specifically ask for them. You can also tell us your preferred diamond shape, color and clarity to speed up the customization. All our diamonds have no black inclusions and are 100% eye-clean.
We only use 14K gold, 18K gold and platinum PT950 for all jewelry.
5. Do lab-grown diamonds come with certificates?
Lab-grown diamonds from 0.3 carats can have an IGI certificate. Diamonds of 1 carat and above can come with IGI or GIA certificates. Our uncertified diamonds (non cert) are also high quality, so you can choose according to your budget.
6. What styles can be customized?
Almost any style can be custom-made, not limited to the designs on our website. Even small details like the shape of the clasp of necklace can be customized. If you have a budget limit, we can adjust the gold weight to fit it, but we will never lower the diamond quality for the costs.
7. Is SF Express the only delivery option?
You can choose SF Express delivery or in-person handover. If you choose SF Express delivery, orders under HKD $5,000 will be sent by SF Express pay on delivery.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept: 1.Bank transfer 2.PayMe 3.FPS 4.Visa card via our website (for orders over HKD $3,000)
9. What are the order process and production time ?
- After you confirm the loose diamond, a 50% deposit is required. For high-value pieces, the deposit can be negotiated.
- Once the deposit is paid, we will send you a free design draft within 3 to 4 days (complex designs excluded).
- The draft is about 99% identical to the final piece.
- After you confirm the design, production takes around 3 to 4 weeks. It may take a few more days during public holidays. For complicated designs, we will confirm the lead time separately.
- When finished, we will send you a video for confirmation. You can pick SF Express delivery or meet us in person at a convenient MTR station. Full payment is required before delivery or on the day of handover.
10. Do you recycle old jewelry?
We only recycle K-gold items. We will remove diamonds and gemstones and return them to you, or reset them into new jewelry for you. We recycle K-gold at the daily market gold price with no service fees. The value can be deducted from your new order, or transferred to you instantly via PayMe or FPS.
11. Are your jewelry hypoallergenic?
All pieces are made of 14K gold, 18K gold and PT950 — all hypoallergenic materials. Almost everyone can wear them comfortably, with only very very very rare cases of mild skin sensitivity.
12. Can I wear the jewelry in the shower?
Our jewelry is fine for daily shower use. Please avoid direct contact with perfume, hairspray and chemical products. We don’t recommend wearing it in hot springs or when swimming.
13. How about daily jewelry maintenance ?
Use a soft toothbrush with a little toothpaste or dish soap, mix with warm water, and gently brush diamonds and dirt. Rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly.
