1. We will provide design diagram in 3-4 days after the deposit (except complicated items)
2. After confirming with the design, customer will receive their products in around 3-4 weeks (will be delayed few days if there is public holiday)
3. Clear communication is needed if the product/design is relatively complicated

1. The raw diamond takes 25 days
2. By calculating the polishing time and jewellery design, we need around 40 days for the production
