Re-inlaying
1. We will remove the main stone, measure the weight of the gold, and sell it at the current gold price without service charge.
2. The value of the old gold can be used to offset the new style. If customer does not want to make another styles of jewellery using the old stone/diamond, we will return the loose stones/diamonds to customer with FPS/Payme on the value of the old gold.
3. Re-inlaying only includes the charge of the gold smith for craftsmanship and 18k gold.
4. Welcome to re-inlay the jewellery from other stores.
5. The whole process takes about 3-4 weeks.
Diamonds fall
1. Diamonds less than 0.05ct shall be replaced and re-inlaid free of charge.
2. Diamonds heavier than 0.05ct will be sold at preferential prices and re-inlaid free of charge.
Ring resize
1. We make the ring smaller for free.
2. Increase the ring within 3 sizes is free of charge.
3. For increasing the ring by more than three sizes, the cost of additional gold for the increased ring size will be charged.
4. Certain ring styles can't be increased in size, therefore they need to be re-inlaid.
Change of necklace/bracelet length
1. Shorten the necklace/bracelet for free
2. To lengthen the necklace more than 2 inches, the customer need to be charged according to the length/thickness of the necklace/bracelet, ranging from tens to hundreds dollars.
Earring and earring backs
1. If the customer loses the 18k gold earring backs, you can buy it back at the wholesale price.
2. The price of each pair of earring backs starts at $300, depending on the size.
