1. Provide us with the desired style and the requirements of the size, shape, color and clarity of the main diamond
2. Then we will recommend loose diamonds for customers
3. We ask the gold smith for the quotation of the inlay
4. When customers seek for us, it is better if the customers can provide their approximate ring size/ necklace/bracelet length, the quotation will be faster and more accurate (if necessary, we can SF a ring sizer to the customer)
5. 50% deposit is required for reserving the loose diamond and the purchase is confirmed. For styles with higher amount, the deposit can be negotiated with us.
6. The design drawing (CAD) is free of charge, which is 99% similar to the real product. The CAD will be provided around 3-4 days after the deposit (except the complicated designs).
7. After the customer confirms the design, it usually takes about 4 weeks to deliver the goods. In case of public holidays, it will take several days longer than expected.
8. The urgent order/ complicated design requires extra communication with us.
9. When the product is done, we will send out the product video. Customer can deal with us face to face at most of the MTR stations or SF delivery.
10. The final payment will be settled before the shipment/settled during face trading.
